A reminder of the upcoming Vitality changes


Over the next few months we will be making some changes to our Vitality programme to encourage even more of our members to take part in healthy activities!

From 1 November 2009:
Discounts for our gym and health screen partners will no longer be based on your Vitality status - instead you will enjoy a flat rate discount off the standard retail prices.

  • 20% off*  gym partners for Vitality with Lite rewards members
  • 25% off* gym partner for Vitality with Full rewards members
  • 50% off health screens for all members

From 1 April 2010 at your next policy anniversary:
In April 2010 we will be making some further changes to the programme including how Vitality points are awarded and how many points you need to earn to increase your status. The changes will be effective from your policy anniversary following 1 April.  We’ll write to you before your anniversary with further details on how the changes may impact you, and how you can make the most of the Vitality programme

Why register on the Member Zone?


The Member Zone will give you lots of inspiration and tips to stay healthy.  Here’s four great reasons to register:

  • Learn about your health and get a Vitality Age
  • Find out about all the great discounts you have with our Vitality partners
  • Keep track of your Vitality points and Vitality status – this is really important as it affects your renewal reward
  • Earn your first 50 Vitality points

You’ll just need your membership number from your Vitality welcome letter or from the back of your PruProtect membership card.
