Serious Illness and Disability Cover

Income Protection and Level 3 Disability Cover

Up to £30,000 (in the market place)	Application only - but subject to maximum benefit check
Over £30,000 (in the market place)	Financial questionnaire signed by client (plus 2 yrs p60's if employed and taxable earnings confirmed by relevant self assessment form if self employed)

Underwriting requirements are based on the aggregate sum assured (i.e. including sums assured under existing policies in the entire market). Calculation of financial limit for level 3 Disability Cover = 2.5% of value of Disability Cover times by 3.
