The Diagnostic Clinic

Using its extensive medical expertise, The Diagnostic Clinic have developed a new range of health assessments specifically for us, designed to encourage members to become more active in the management and improvement of their own wellbeing.

Why should I have a screen?

Having a health screen at the right time could mean that you pick up early signs of chronic conditions such as cancer, or heart disease. In turn, early diagnosis can result in faster and more effective treatment.

How do I earn Vitality points?

For every health screen you could earn Vitality points. After your screening your points will be automatically updated. You can track this on your Vitality points statement in the Member Zone.

What's the maximum Vitality points I can earn?

We feel it’s important to keep track of certain key health numbers such as blood pressure, glucose and your Body Mass Index. We therefore award Vitality points based on these “clinical indicators” within the health assessments you choose to take.

You’ll get 60 Vitality points for each eligible health number you measure. You could get a further 60 points per test result that falls into normal healthy standards, which we call the ‘green zone’.

You can only earn points for taking each clinical test or for achieving the ‘green zone’ once each year. After your health screen, you will need to send your results to us within 45 days. We’ll then update your Vitality Points accordingly.
