You can receive discounts, earn Vitality points or both when you look after yourself with our Vitality partners.
To unlock your discounts you must complete your online Health Review, which will tell you your Vitality age and help you to set goals. You can also use our online tools such as lifestyle articles and meal plans to help along the way.
You must have a minimum monthly premium of £25 to buy Vitality Plus.

Extra benefits you get with Vitality Plus
You can get even more from the Vitality programme if you choose to enhance your policy with Vitality Plus, available at an extra premium.
Vitality Plus makes looking after your health more rewarding with great discounts available from partners including Cineworld, Vue, Ticketmaster and Thomas Cook. You could get free movies, discounted tickets to concerts, festivals and West End shows as well as save up to £15 per month on your mobile phone contract. We make it cheaper to get to Europe with discounted Eurostar travel and you can also book up to two discounted holidays per year with either Mark Warner or Thomas Cook. The higher your Vitality status, the greater the discount.
