What is the Vitality programme with Lite Rewards?
Vitality is our unique incentive programme designed to help you get more out of your protection cover. It helps you to live a healthier life, and then rewards you when you do. By doing certain everyday things like walking, going to the gym, eating healthily or not smoking, you can build up Vitality points and get rewards including discounts to your protection premiums*.

Your Vitality points could earn you discounts from our gym, health screening and fitness Vitality partners. You could also make great savings with our reward partners – Eurostar, Mark Warner holidays, Champneys Health spas and Cineworld.

Your Vitality status
The more you do to look after yourself, the more Vitality points you earn and the higher your Vitality status becomes. Increase your status from Bronze where everyone starts, to Silver, Gold and with enough effort Platinum. The higher your status the greater the discounts you could receive with our Vitality partners, and the more you could save on your future protection premiums.

Plus reduce your protection premiums every year *
We’re the only insurer that gives you the opportunity to reduce your premiums each year, without compromising the quality of your cover. That’s because we believe if you look after your health with our unique Vitality programme, you’re less likely to claim, so we think it’s only fair to reward you with lower premiums.

Keep in mind that these changes in the premium are added on top of any other premium changes you have requested on your policy, such as indexation.

Lite Rewards and the premium discount structure above do not apply to PruProtect policies that started before 16 November 2008.
