How do I earn Vitality points?

Simply swipe your gym membership card when you go for a workout. Your points will be automatically updated.

What's the maximum Vitality points I can earn in a year?

10 points a day, up to a maximum of 40 per week and a yearly exercise limit of 2,080 per member. Points earned at the gym count towards your exercise limit, so you won’t be able to earn points for other exercise activities on the same day. You must be a member of the gym through PruHealth or PruProtect to earn Vitality points.

How much do I pay?

As a PruProtect member you’ll get a flat rate discount of 20% off the standard retail price for peak-time individual monthly memberships. A £25 activation fee applies and this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Call us to find out more.

FREE fitness assessments

All LA Fitness gyms can take you through one of our FREE fitness assessments.  It’ll take you just half an hour.  An LA Fitness fitness expert will take you through a series of simple fitness and health tests and then be able to give you some one to one tips on how to get started or improve your fitness routine.  You can earn Vitality points for having ‘clinical indicators’ such as you Body Mass Index measured.
