Having a health assessment can help you to understand how healthy you are and identify areas that might need improving. We’ve teamed up with BMI hospitals to give you 50% off the standard retail price of their health assessments. BMI’s centres are located across the UK.
Why should I have a screen?
It aims to assess your lifestyle and can identify certain health risks such as high blood pressure or cholesterol which could be putting you in danger. You’ll also get advice and guidance on how to improve and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
How do I earn Vitality points?
We feel its important to keep track of certain key health numbers such as:
- Blood pressure
- Glucose
- Body Mass Index
And we'll award you Vitality points based on these "clinical indicators" within the health assessments you choose to take.
You'll get 60 Vitality points for each eligible clinical indicator you measure. You could get a further 60 points per test result that falls into normal healthy standards, which we call the 'green zone'
How much do I pay?
You can save 50% off the retail price of a BMI health assessment.
You can have either two health screenings or two fitness assessments or one of each per policy year at our discounted health screening rates.
