Registering with PruProtect

You can quote, submit business and track new business online through the Adviser Zone's Quote and Apply menu. To gain access to Quote and Apply you will need a PruAgency Number, a username and password.

  • I don't yet have a PruAgency number - go to Option 1

  • I already have a PruAgency number – go to Option 2

Important information

If you are a PruHealth registered Adviser then you can also use these login details to access Quote and Apply.

I don't yet have a PruAgency Number

1. Print and complete the following forms:

2. Fax both forms to 0870 240 0937

3. For forms submitted by 3pm, PruProtect will issue the following the next day:

  • An information pack including your PruAgency Number will be posted to you

  • An email will be sent to you detailing how to obtain your username and password for the PruProtect Adviser Zone

NB If you prefer, you could use a UniPass Digital Certificate instead of a PruProtect username and password

4. You will now have full access to PruProtect's Quote and Apply where you can:

  • Create and retrieve online quotes and applications

  • Track your new business

  • Download application forms and sales tools

  • Get product information
